Appearance: Rich cherry-red colour. Bright and clear, with long, slow legs in the glass.

Aromatic stage: Profoundly aromatic. Aromas of fruits of the forest with hints of coconut, vanilla and toffee, the result of its ageing in fine casks. Elegant and somewhat complex bouquet.

Tasting stage: On the palate it is well-rounded with a freshness that belies its twelve months in the barrel, presenting oaky tannins in harmony with those from the grape. It is a balanced wine with a marked aftertaste. Intense and agreeable in the back of the nose. Silky and persistent.

Recomendation: decant for about 30 minutes before serving.
